Booking Terms

#1. About us
The Aeon Aesthetics (“we”, “us”, “the clinic”) is an appointment-only studio operated by Rita Thakur at 12 Bath Road, First Floor, Hounslow TW3 3EB. We provide professional needle piercings, permanent makeup (PMU) and SQT bio-microneedling.
#2. Appointments
• All appointments are by appointment only.
• Our booking window is 11am–7pm, seven days a week, subject to availability.
• Appointments take place at our Hounslow studio only. We do not offer mobile visits.
• Online booking is via this website (Wix Bookings).
Deposits
A deposit is taken when you book online: £10 for piercings, and £50 for permanent makeup (PMU) treatments, PMU consultations and SQT treatments. The deposit is taken off the price of your treatment and the balance is paid at your appointment.
Cancelling or rearranging
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment, and missed appointments, carry a fee of 20% of the service price.
Late arrival
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or rebook your appointment.

#7. Permanent makeup — patch test
A patch test is required; it's included in your £50 PMU consultation and done at that appointment.
• Complete it at least 24 hours before your PMU procedure (or longer if Rita advises).
• If you have a reaction to the patch test, the PMU procedure will not proceed.
#8. Age policy — piercings
• Under-18 clients must contact us before booking (phone, WhatsApp or contact form). A parent or legal guardian must stay for the whole appointment and sign the consent form, and bring their own passport or driving licence plus the client's birth certificate or passport. • Clients aged 18 or over must bring a passport or photocard driving licence (a provisional licence is fine).
• Some services (e.g. nipple piercing) are adults only.
#9. Services we do not offer
• We do not offer dermal anchor piercings.
• Eyebrow surface piercings may be offered where anatomy is suitable; Rita will advise honestly on healing and migration risks. Bridge piercings are not offered.
#10. Health and suitability
• You are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies and medications at booking and at your appointment.
• We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if we believe it is not safe or suitable.
#11. Aftercare
• Aftercare instructions will be given at your appointment. You must follow them to support healing.
• We are not liable for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare advice or from touching, removing or changing jewellery without guidance.
#12. Photography and marketing
• We may ask permission to photograph healed work for our website or social media. You may decline without affecting your treatment.
#13. Complaints

#14. Privacy
• Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
#15. Changes
• We may update these terms. The version on our website at the time of booking applies.
